Set in a restored 19th-century farmhouse divided into three cottages, Gîte la Ferme offers complete privacy and independence on an 11,000 m² property, with 400 m² reserved just for you. Experience authentic marshland living in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, perfect for a nature-filled getaway. Enjoy hiking and cycling trails starting from your doorstep, or explore the waterways by boat from the village pier. The house features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. On the ground floor: entrance, modern kitchen, living/dining room with exposed stone walls, large picture window, and wood-burning stove. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, a family bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC, and a laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs: one bedroom with a double and a single bed, bathroom/WC, mezzanine bedroom with door (double bed), hallway with closets, one bedroom with three single beds, and another with a double bed and two single beds. Amenities include: washing machine, dishwasher, baby equipment, 400 m² enclosed garden, terrace, barbecue, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, pétanque court, TV, internet/Wi-Fi, and table tennis. Booking all three cottages together is possible. Minimum stay of three nights on long weekends. Weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday) in July and August. Services available for an extra fee: bed linen and made beds, towels, pets allowed, heating (except July and August).
